The service: Hafatza Studio, operated by Rabbi Roi Amgar, lets rabbis, educators, Torah institutions and other creators publish their own videos to their own TikTok account. It is not affiliated with TikTok.

Your account: connect only a TikTok account that is yours or that you are authorized to operate. Every post happens only after your approval, and you are responsible for it.

Content: you are responsible for your content, captions, rights in music and video, and commercial content disclosure. Do not upload illegal, abusive, misleading or spam content, or content that breaks TikTok's terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Shabbat and holidays: the service does not publish on Shabbat or Jewish holidays, by Jerusalem times. A post set for such a time goes out on the first open evening after it. Scheduling is by evening, not by exact time.

Trial: the service is currently free, with usage limits shown on screen. We may change or stop it. Any paid plan would be offered only with advance notice and your explicit consent.

Liability: the service is provided as is, with no promise of uninterrupted availability or of the success of any post, which also depends on TikTok. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost income.

Ending use: you can disconnect your account and delete all your data at any time from the "My videos" screen.
